charlie has ADHD so he is always hyper and on the movie, loud and excitable. he gets excited over the smallest things and always seems as if he has had too much sugar. this filters out by the hypersomnia that he also has which makes him suddenly sleep and fall asleep almost immediately. he's a really nice guy but is easily misled. he does everything in twos. brushing his hair, teeth, putting on clothes twice, opening doors twice, having two boyfriend or two girlfriends. he does whatever people ask of him, fairly submissive in his personality and easily manipulated, especially when he's in his hyper mode.
